暑い夏がジワジワと来ておりますね💦

私、涼しい春と秋が好きです。

が！とうもろこしも大好きです！😁

この季節がくると必ず買いに行きます

『生でも食べられる』やつです！

糖質ダイエットには不向きな高エネルギーですが、

コレステロール値を下げ、腸を綺麗にしてくれます。

愛娘も「こん、こん！」と大好物です😁💕
